When Will My Product Ship? 

Orders placed before 2pm EST will ship out same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship out the following day. If there are any shipping delays, we will notify you immediately. 

What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?

We ship using both USPS and UPS. 

Where Are My Accessories Shipping From?

All of our accessories are shipped from our main office in Lexington, KY.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is placed, you'll immediately receive an e-mail with your order details. Click the "View Your Order" link to track your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a secondary notification. You don't check your e-mail often? Not a problem! Sign-up for text notifications. In the "View Your Order" page, click "Get Shipping Updates By Text".

Do You Have A Return Policy?

Of course. If you're unsatisfied with your order, we have a 30 day 100% moneyback guarantee. Be sure to return the product damage free and in its original packaging to receive the full refund. Once we receive the returned product, the refund is issued, and a notification is immediately sent to your e-mail.

Can I Special Order An Accessory?

Special orders are done on case-by-case basis. If you do not see the product you're searching for, let us know! There are certain accessories we do not keep in stock but can special order for you! Contact us with details and we'll be happy to assist.
